Returns

In case your ordered item does not fit well or does not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 14 days after you have received it. Please always contact us, via email, prior to returning your items, so we know to expect your items to be returned. We can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items in its original packing. You will need to cover costs for return sending by yourself, and you are responsible for the return of the goods. We will then return your payment within 14 days after we have received the returned item back in an unused and undamaged state.

In case you would like to exchange your item with another item in, for example, another size, all the above applies and the shipping costs for the change order will be charged again.

Custom skates, personalized orders or sale items can not be returned.

Complaints

Off course we aim for 100% happy customers, but it could be you are not pleased about some of our services or products. If this is the case please send your complaint by e-mail. We will respond within 14 days to your complaint. In case we need more time to handle your complaint, we will respond to you within 14 days with an expected timeline when you can expect a more extensive response.
